Description
This Crossroads indicator is our first homegrown indicator. It was profiled on the Stonehill Forex website in March 2025. The original version was coded for MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and subsequently adapted for MT5. Because of technical limitations, we were unable to provide this indicator on TradingView until now.
It is a two-line crossover price overlay that, at its core, uses two weighted moving average lines run through a very sleek filter. The result produces highly accurate signals. We tested it over a three-year period, and the results can be viewed in the blog HERE. Additionally, there is an accompanying technical analysis video that demonstrates how to use it on YouTube. The video is embedded in the blog for ease and convenience.
How to Use It
Long: Enter a long position when the green signal line crosses above the magenta signal line.
Short: Enter a short position when the magenta signal line crosses above the green signal line.
